Tax Studio AI provides an AI-powered platform for CPAs, Accountants, and Tax Preparers to automate workflows, analyze documents, and streamline compliance, including intelligent document processing, automated financial reporting, and streamlined tax preparation.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your credentials.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the site for purposes other than those we make available or approve. As a user, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without our written permission.
• Use the site to advertise or offer to sell goods or services.

In no event shall Tax Studio AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
